I wonder why such an efficient company, the king of Domain Registration & Web Hosting would ever get into a mess like this one.
Its just hard to believe that Directi is into illegal activities, its just impossible!

We are using Logic Boxes / Directi for our registrar operations from almost 2 yrs and before that as a reseller with them, and we always seen that they are very strict for spam and phishing activities.

Some customer last year booked 8 - 10 domains at our site used in spamming , which LB team helped us to remove immediately after incident reported.

Directi have strict abuse , anti spam and anti phishing policy.

We've used Logicboxes/Directi as our backend database for managing our Registrar and Hosting function for years now and have always had 100% confidence that they are a stonch proponent of strict anti-spam and anti-phishing measures.

Also to their credit, we've had a customer that sent a few too many emails out for their opt-in little league baseball team mailing list and they were warned about it from the Logicboxes abuse team. There is definitely a pro-active measure going on with Directi/Logicboxes that diminished the effectiveness of spammers and phishers on their platform.

DirectI is growing rapidly since last few years because of its simple navigation & low cost products such as (Domain Registration, Web Hosting, DNS Services, etc).

Now, its time for DirectI to put some of its employees separately to defend its reputation/interest on Internet zone. Because few highly educated gentlemen's are trying to malign DirectI with baseless allegations inorder to make DirectI customers panic.

DirectI is well known & established company with presence in almost all countries around the globe, due to its continues success, low cost products & good customer service records, "IMO" may be few other companies (direct or in-direct competitors of DirectI) are spreading false information about DirectI with the help of few highly educated gentlemen's.

Am not here to defend DirectI or take its side, am just writing the truth about the company (DirectI) & my opinion.

Good Luck DirectI!

Pursuant to our email Garth has removed some of the inaccurate information from the Knujon report. However his comments and follow-up posts continue to have certain factual inaccuracies. Additionally the Knujon report seems to have been quoted on several other websites. Our team is working diligently with all online websites that carry this story to have them make appropriate rectifications and remove the false and inaccurate allegations against the Directi Group. Feel free to write me at bhavin.t-AT-directi.com for any clarifications / questions
